What is Integrative Breath?
Integrative Breath is a potent, self-healing modality that restores the breather on every level--physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It utilizes a conscious, full and connected inhalation and exhalation that opens up restricted breath patterns. It also builds awareness of how the breath can be used as a tool to reduce stress, detox, regulate our nervous system and help process difficult emotions.
